When your security system sounds an alarm, emergency signals are transmitted over your telephone line to the central station.
The central station computer system automatically determines the nature of your emergency and displays this data to a highly trained central station operator.
The central station operator calls your premises to verify the alarm. If there is no answer, or if the correct passcode is not given, the proper authorities are immediately dispatched and individuals designated by you are notified.
The time and date of your emergency, and an exact sequence of
actions taken by the central station operator is stored in the central station computer.
Trouble conditions due to loss of power, broken wiring and other
condions due to malfunction of equipment are automatically reported to
individuals designated on the notification list.
